Melissa has proudly called East Texas home since the age of nine. She earned her RDA certification in 2012 through Tyler Junior College’s Dental Assisting Program and has been dedicated to providing exceptional patient care ever since. With years of experience in the dental field and a passion for helping others, Melissa strives to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and at ease. She enjoys guiding patients through insurance benefits, explaining treatment plans, and ensuring a positive experience.

Selena grew up in Jacksonville, TX, and completed the Dental Hygiene Program at Tyler Junior College in 2021. She has worked in the dental field since 2014, beginning her career as a front receptionist and working her way up to becoming a dental hygienist. Her experience in multiple roles gives her a strong understanding of patient care from the moment they walk through the door to the completion of their treatment. She has been proudly serving patients at our office since December 2021. As a bilingual hygienist, Selena is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their oral health. She strives to create a welcoming, positive environment while educating patients on the importance of preventive care. Outside of work, Selena enjoys spending time with her husband, Jose, and their four children — Noah, Naomie, Kailey, and Julian.  She loves shopping, cooking, and making meaningful memories with her family.

Destiny was born and raised in Kilgore, TX. She has been a hygienist for the past 7 years, 4 of those years here at Odette Dentistry. From day one, her is goal and what she is most passionate about has been to help patients improve their oral health while making them feel at ease. Whether it’s educating on home care, celebrating progress, or simply sharing a good laugh during an appointment, she strives to make every visit a positive experience. Outside of work, Destiny enjoys spending time with her husband, Kaleb, and their son - Gatlin. Together they love going on weekend getaways and creating memories as a family! 

Neida was born and raised in Kilgore, Texas. She began her dental assisting career in 2023 and has experience in both general and pediatric dentistry. Neida is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, and she strives to create a positive experience for everyone who visits the office.

Outside of work, Neida and her fiancé, Braden, enjoy spending time with family, cheering on their nieces and nephews at sporting events, and making time for adventures with their sweet dog, Stark.

Nataly is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant who brings positivity, compassion, and professionalism to every patient interaction. Cross-trained in both clinical assisting and front office operations, she seamlessly supports the team by ensuring each visit runs smoothly from check-in to treatment. Nataly is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their dental experience. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping others make her an invaluable part of the practice. Outside the office, Nataly enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and loves a good shopping trip, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life that she does to her career.
